かつてシャルドネで一世を風靡した？ワイナリー「シャトーウォルトナー」を購入。
白から赤に路線変更し、秀逸の山系ワインを造りだしています。
●実は、ワイナリーの施設や建物は19世紀のもの！
現地では、「ゴースト（＝廃墟）ワイナリー」の一つに数えられていたのも納得です。
●Laderaのウリは二つ。
一つがGravityの手法でワイン造りをしていること、
そして造りだされるワインには、二つのEstate（自社畑）のブドウを用いていること、です。
